José Gomes is the new Coach

Back to Portuguese football, José Gomes signed a contract of 1 year with Rio Ave FC assuming the destiny of the first team.

In the last 8 years, the coach went for Al Taawon and Al-Ahli Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), Baniyas (United Arab Emirates), Videoton (Hungary), Panathinaikos (Greece) and Malaga (Spain), the latter two Clubs as assistant coach.

In Portugal, José Gomes, started in the lower divisions, assuming the Professional Championships in 1995.

A career full of experience and varied experiences with the contact of disparate realities that make José Gomes a complete coach.

Was an Ambassador of the professional quality of Portuguese football in the world, having been several times the best trainer of the Championships.
